Holidays Unplugged: Why You Should Disconnect on Vacation!

Laptops and smartphones an an integral part of our work lives, social lives, and yes, even our holidays. When I travel I use my phone for maps, to make bookings, to find restaurants, and to read up on the history of locations and landmarks. But all this connectivity can sometimes be too much. Sometimes, It’s better to just unplug and take a real vacation. I’m talking beachfront huts, fruity cocktails with little umbrellas, and no WiFi.

Sound terrifying? It might take you a while to adjust, but disconnecting can have some serious health benefits – for your body and your mind.
