Rainbow Send-Off: Having been stuck in a yacht club in Ponce fixing a water pump, we escaped to Gilligan's Island just off the south coast of Puerto Rico. We spent Christmas snorkeling and paddling around the lagoons and reefs before we set off again for the Dominican Republic, a 23-hour sail across the Mona Passage.
